My stay at the hotel was a mix of fantastic views of Rome and some hiccups with the service. The rooms were spacious and offered exceptional views of the city, but the lack of a table for using a laptop was inconvenient. The location on a hill above the city provided unique views, though the access was a bit challenging at times. The dining experience was fabulous, with delicious meals served either in the room or on the balcony. Despite some service issues, the staff went above and beyond to make my family feel welcomed, even arranging a special birthday celebration.

The service was exceptional with friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, including a memorable birthday celebration. The location was optimal with unique views but a bit challenging to access without a taxi. Dining was a delightful experience served on the balcony, and the facilities were top-notch.
